Unlike the first car, which was about to McQueen returns to the earth and the American right is Cars 2 Mater and the emergence of a love letter to the world. At this point, Cars 2 will hamstring. Mater is the car version of Mr. Bean or Clouseau teacher, always backup in random situations without knowing what is going on. Becoming the main character brings an unusual amount of humor under the eyebrow in the world, but as the progression of history and adventure Mater broader Cars 2 finally becomes a fish out of water on the personality and the children's joke "Be Yourself the film" message. All is forgiven.
It is as deep as this film is excellent. There are some very basic themes of friendship and a not-so-subtle pro-environmental message, but beyond that, both cars are all shiny. A perfect paint job with above average guts. The locales are beautiful and often laced with inside jokes. The action scenes, including the Grand Prix races are exciting and surprising. All new characters are smart, the compounds of the first cars are comforting and everything is perfect in 3D.
On the other hand, things get a little bit plotty. The film follows a series of obvious tropes of the spy movie genre - Gadgets, reveal the sinister, daring escapes, and not physical - but it's still novel to see the shootings and a Pixar film. John Lasseter, director chair, sprinkle in plenty of "aw shells" moments of his actions, but nothing worth a tear. All right. Pixar does not need to reinvent the wheel every time out. If you go to Cars 2, hoping to scream or move up as you were as Finding Nemo, will not happen. If you are going to wait for a solid, big budget action movie and nothing else, you're sure to find the entertaining film.
Two cars for the transport of luggage such incredible films that live up to those expectations would be almost impossible.
